Why Is My Data Not Appearing?

VaultSio syncs your data in real time using Firebase. If transactions, budgets, or other data is not appearing, it's almost always a connectivity or session issue.

Check your internet connection

VaultSio requires an internet connection to sync. Confirm you have Wi-Fi or mobile data enabled. Try opening a webpage to verify connectivity.

Pull to refresh

On any main screen (Transactions, Overview, etc.), pull down from the top to force a sync refresh.

Sign out and sign back in

Go to Settings → Sign Out, then log back in. This refreshes your authentication token and re-establishes the sync connection.

Reinstall the app

If the above steps don't work, uninstall and reinstall VaultSio. Sign back in — all your cloud data will sync automatically.

💡 Data is never lost: All your data lives in the cloud. Even if you delete the app, your data will be there when you sign back in.
