Fix Crashes Step by Step
If VaultSio is crashing or won't open, work through these steps in order. Most crash issues are resolved by step 2 or 3.
Force-close and reopen the app
On iPhone: swipe up from the bottom to the app switcher and swipe VaultSio off screen. On Android: use the recents button and close the app. Then tap the icon to reopen.
Restart your device
A full restart clears memory, background processes, and temporary system states that can cause apps to crash.
Update VaultSio
Open the App Store or Google Play, search for VaultSio, and install any available updates. Bug fixes are released regularly.
Reinstall the app
Delete VaultSio and reinstall it from the store. Your data is safe — it is stored in the cloud and will be available immediately after you sign back in.
