Common Login Issues and Fixes

If you can't sign in, one of the following should resolve it. Work through each step until you're back in.

Wrong Password

Use Forgot Password to reset it

Tap Forgot Password? on the login screen, enter your email, and follow the link in the reset email.

Wrong Email

Try your other email addresses

You may have registered with a different email. Try any email address you commonly use. Check your inbox for a VaultSio welcome email to identify the correct one.

Biometric Lock Not Working

Use your device passcode as fallback

If Face ID or Touch ID fails, tap Use Passcode on the biometric prompt and enter your device passcode instead.

Account Not Found

Check that you have an account

If you have never signed up, tap Create Account on the login screen. VaultSio does not have accounts set up automatically.
