Lock VaultSio with Your Face or Fingerprint
Biometric Lock adds an extra layer of privacy so that even if someone picks up your phone, they cannot access your financial data without your face or fingerprint.
Enabling Biometric Lock
Set up biometrics on your device
Make sure Face ID or Touch ID is enabled in your device settings. VaultSio uses the system biometrics you already have set up.
Open VaultSio Settings
Tap the Settings icon in the bottom navigation bar.
Find Biometric Lock
Scroll to the Security section and tap Biometric Lock.
Toggle it on and authenticate
Tap the toggle to enable. You will be asked to authenticate with biometrics or your device passcode to confirm the change.
How It Works
Once enabled, every time you open or return to VaultSio the BiometricLock screen appears. Authenticate to enter. Failed biometric attempts fall back to your device passcode.
💡 Tip: Biometric Lock is highly recommended if you share your device with others or use VaultSio in public.
