Converted Amounts Seem Wrong

Usually caused by stale exchange rates. Fix: Ensure your device is online, fully close the app, and reopen it to refresh rates.

Currency Not Found in Selector

VaultSio supports 150+ currencies. Fix: Try searching by currency code (e.g. SAR, AED, JPY) instead of the full name.

Account Balance Shows 0 After Currency Change

Changing an existing account's currency can reset the displayed balance. Fix: Edit the account and re-enter the current balance, then save.

Wrong Base Currency Is Applied

Fix: Go to Settings → Currency and confirm your intended base currency is selected. Changes apply to all new conversions immediately.
