Add a Transaction in a Foreign Currency
When travelling or dealing with foreign expenses, log the exact amount in the original currency. VaultSio converts it to your base currency automatically.

Tap + to add a transaction
Tap the floating + button on any screen.

Tap the currency symbol
Next to the amount field, tap the currency symbol to open the currency picker.

Select the transaction currency
Search by name or code (e.g. JPY, EUR) and tap to select.

Enter amount and save
Enter the exact foreign amount, fill in the category and account, then tap Save. VaultSio converts it for your totals.
💡 Tip: For travel expenses, logging the exact foreign amount gives you the most accurate records.
