What Are Goals?
Goals are savings targets you set for yourself — an emergency fund, a holiday, a new laptop, or a house deposit. VaultSio tracks how close you are to reaching each goal and shows you how much to save monthly to hit your target date.
Creating a Goal
Go to Goals
Tap Settings → Goals or access Goals from the navigation.
Tap Add Goal
Tap the + button to open the goal creation form.
Enter goal details
Give your goal a name (e.g. "Emergency Fund"), set the target amount, enter the current saved amount, and choose a target date.
Choose an icon and colour
Pick an emoji and a colour to personalise your goal card.
Save
Tap Save. Your goal appears on the Goals screen with a progress bar and monthly savings recommendation.
💡 Tip: Update the "current saved amount" periodically to keep your progress bar accurate. VaultSio uses this to calculate how much more you need each month.
