Export Your Financial Data

VaultSio lets you export your transaction data as a CSV file — perfect for opening in Excel, Google Sheets, or sending to your accountant.

Go to Settings → Export Data

Tap Settings in the bottom navigation, then find and tap Export Data.

Select a date range

Choose a preset range (current month, last 3 months, last year) or define a custom start and end date.

Tap Export as CSV

The file is generated and your device's share sheet opens. Save it to Files, email it, or open it directly in a spreadsheet app.

What's Included

  • Date, type (income/expense), amount, currency
  • Category, account name, notes
  • All transactions in the selected date range
